- The product has fabric flaws, such as a broken zipper, studs, stones, rivets, or any other ornament detail that could be detached because of the treatment of the box on the shipment; as well as broken stones or buckles.
- It's been a mistake on the shipped product, as long as it doesn't present any sign of use or mistreatment.

2. Shipping time
All our shipments are free anywhere in the United States.
Orders will be shipped out within 3 days after receiving your confirmation email. Please take into account international orders may take longer to be delivered due to longer distances and possible customs.
3. Shipping information
If, when you receive the confirmation email of your order, you realize that you omitted any data when you made your purchase, we ask you to cancel the order within the first 24 hours, otherwise you run the risk that our delivery service is unable to deliver the order.
4. Track your package
As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse we will send you a shipping confirmation email, with info to track your parcel online. Did you wait until your estimated delivery date? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered. Our partners are doing their best to get your order to you. Our refund system is completely free as long as you have made your purchase at mezcalero.us
If your purchase was made with another distributor or purchase channel, and you need an exchange and/or return, you must contact them directly to follow their instructions.
In international sales there are no returns.

- The refunds will be made through the same payment method used to purchase the item in a maximum term of 15 days, depending on your bank and the paying method.
- When requesting a refund, once the item arrives at our warehouse and it complies with the previously described conditions, the transaction will be made within 3 labor days. As soon as we do it, you’ll get a notification.
*The period for the refund to be reflected in your bank account depends on the bank you are affiliated with.
** Mezcalero Boots reserves the right to reject returns after the deadline and if the merchandise isn’t in the same conditions it was when shipped, or if it doesn’t comply with our return conditions. We will withhold the refund until we have received the merchandise.
** ONLY WHITE BOOTS: If your boots came in a plastic bag, we kindly ask you to put them back in the bag and then in the box, please. This to avoid mistreatment in the product, applies only on white boots.
After receiving your order, you have a period of 30 days to request and complete a return for size or quality.
* In the sales of our products with discounts from 30% there will be no returns.
Keep the labels, invoices, original packaging, and return the product in perfect conditions. Do not mistreat the item, try it on clean surfaces, and make sure to not make any damage. It’s really important to keep this into consideration; if the product presents mistreatments or worn signs, the return will not proceed and we’ll return it to you.
Generate your report using the same email with which you generated your order, sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, where you describe the reason for the return, including the data of your purchase order and the data of the product to be returned. It is necessary that you attach the photographs as requested.
Afterwards, you will have to answer a survey in order to complete your return.
Your request will be inspected, and, in case of being approved, you will receive an email or text indicating the steps to follow, such as a shipping label with the relevant data, unless it is explicitly stated otherwise.
Once you obtain the shipping label, you must print it out and take the item to the designated parcel offices. IMPORTANT: If your purchase was over 100 USD, the shipping guide is already paid by us. If it was below that, you will have to cover the corresponding cost of the shipment.
If your label guide expires and you fail to deliver the package to the indicated branch, you must cover the cost of the new return label.
As soon as we receive the package with the returned product, it will go through a quality review process, and after that, we will make your refund within 7 calendar days.
If you wish, you can make a new purchase for the new size or for another model.
