REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Your new pair of Mezcalero is genuine and unique. If you notice any flaw or imperfection, it's because we preserve the nature of the leather, always keeping the authenticity of our product with a 100% handmade procedure.
It's our duty and commitment to offer you products with the highest quality, and, starting from this premise, you will be able to return and/or exchange any product purchased on our website www.mezcalero.us if:
- The purchased product turns out not to be your size, or you want to exchange it for another model, color, or size.
- The product has fabric flaws, such as a broken zipper, studs, stones, rivets, or any other ornament detail that could be detached because of the treatment of the box on the shipment; as well as broken stones or buckles.
- It's been a mistake on the shipped product, as long as it doesn't present any sign of use or mistreatment.
BEFORE REACHING OUT FOR US MAKE SURE TO:
- Have ready your Purchase Number, located on your confirmation e-mail.
- Check if the product you want to exchange it for is available on our website: www.mezcalero.us
- If you want to change the size: Verify if it's available on our website.
- If you want to exchange it for another product: the product you wish to exchange your former item has to adjust to the amount of the new one. If the new product has a lower price than the previous one, you will get the remaining on a coupon for you to use on further purchases. If not, you will have to pay for the difference before the exchange gets done.
Steps to follow to make effective your return:
- Keep the labels, invoices, original packaging, and return the product in perfect conditions. Do not mistreat the item, try it on clean surfaces, and make sure not to make any damage. It's really important to keep this into consideration; if the product presents mistreatments or worn signs, the return will not proceed and we'll return it to you.
- If the item presents a flaw or damage because of the shipment, it will be replaced ONLY IF it is reported in the first 30 days after you receive it.
- If you wish to exchange your product for another size, model, or color, it will only proceed if it is reported on the first 15 days after you've received your order and the item is returned in perfect conditions.
- Generate your report by sending us an e-mail to email@example.com, or by sending us an SMS to
(210) 908-7128,where you describe the reason for the return or exchange, including the information of your order. You must attach some photographs where the anomaly of the item is shown.
- Your request will be inspected, and, in case of being approved, you will receive an e-mail or text indicating step by step the steps to follow, such as a shipping guide with the relevant data, unless it is explicitly stated otherwise.
- Once you obtain the shipping guide, you must print it and take the item to the designated parcel offices. IMPORTANT: If your purchase is over 100 USD ,the shipping guide is already paid by us. If it is below, you will have to cover the corresponding cost of the shipment.
- As soon as the package is delivered, notify us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org,or by text (210) 908-7128,so we can be on the lookout for your parcel. Once it arrives, we will get in touch with you to let you know your new item is on its way.
- You have the right of one exchange for free. For the subsequent returns or exchanges, you will have to pay the fee for the delivery services.

- If the 30 or 15 days have already elapsed, your request will be revised, and, in case of being accepted, without any exception, you will have to pay the fee for the delivery services.
- If you want to change the size of the item, the first one is on us, and from the second one, you will have to pay the fee for the delivery services.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a wrong order, it will be exchanged for free. If you have acquired it during a sale season, the price will be respected within the dates stipulated above.

The refunds will be made by using the same payment method used to purchase the item in a maximum term of 15 days, depending on your bank and the method of payment.
If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be done on the same card. If you don't have it anymore, we suggest you text us (210) 908-7128.
When requesting a refund, once the item has arrived and it complies with the previously described conditions, the transaction will be made on a time limit of 3 labor days. As soon as we make it, we'll let you know.
*The period for the refund to be reflected in your bank account depends on the bank with which you are affiliated.
** Mezcalero Boots reserves the right to reject returns after the deadline if the merchandise is not in the same state it was in when it was shipped or if it does not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the merchandise.
